Usage rules

Clear rules, checked on every upload

The apparent age in every photo and every video is checked as soon as it is sent. A blocked file counts as a warning; on the third, the account is suspended.

  • Anyone on screen is 18 or older and explicitly agreed to appear.
  • Never a minor, whether a real person or a drawn character. A file blocked by the age check is never used and stays archived.
  • No sexual content involving a real person.
  • You only use someone else's video if you hold the rights.
  • No impersonation, no harassment, no illegal content.

  • Each generation uses credits based on its length and resolution: 16 credits per second in 480p, 32 in 720p. A photo edit costs 6 credits in 1K and 12 in 2K. The exact cost shows before every run.

  • From 2 to 15 seconds. The length is rounded to the nearest second: a 4.4 s video counts as 4 s, a 4.6 s video as 5 s.

  • Video in MP4 or MOV, photo in JPG, PNG or WebP, 10 MB max each. The photo shows your character alone, full body. The video is one continuous take, without cuts, with a single person.

  • 480p is the default and costs half as much. 720p gives a sharper image: 320 credits for 10 s, versus 160 in 480p.

  • If it fails, your credits go back to your balance on their own. A delivered video stays paid for, even if you're not happy with it: its quality depends a lot on your source video (framing, light, movement).

  • No: a purchased credit can't be turned back into money. Your credits reach your account the moment you pay: by ticking the box before buying, you ask for this immediate delivery and expressly give up the 14-day withdrawal period (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

  • No. Your credits have no expiry date and stay on your account as long as it exists.

  • No, signing up is free and needs no card. It works the other way too: you can buy credits without an account, and one is then created with the email used at checkout.

  • They're only used for your generations. The photos and videos you send are deleted from our servers 30 days after the generation; your results and characters stay while your account exists, and everything is erased when you delete it. Our generation provider deletes its own copies: uploads after 24 h, results after 14 days. We never sell any data. Everything is explained in the privacy policy.
